Hi,Since updating my PC to Windows 10, I have not been able to play CS:GO or any Source games such as TF2 or L4D2.I open my Steam client, select CS:GO and click play. The game will 'load' and Steam recognises I'm in game (my Steam profile will go from blue/Online to green/In Game). Serial windows 10 64bits. However, the game does not actually load.

I do not leave the Steam client at all. Noerror codes or, indeed, anything pops up for me.I've done some Googling and have done some troubleshooting to try and understand the problem but unfortunately I'm stumped. Here's what I've done so far:. Uninstalled & reinstalled CS:GO. Verified the game files/game cache.

Uninstalled & reinstalled Steam. Uninstalled the newest graphics card drivers and installed pre-Windows 10 drivers. Run CS:GO through compatibility mode (Both Windows 7 and Windows 8/8.1)None of the above solutions have worked for me.My system specs are:CPU: i7 2600kGPU: Nvidia GeForce 560tiRAM: 8GBPrevious Windows OS: Windows 7Thanks for any help that you can provide. I only have CSS, but it runs OK on Win10. It did connect to an on line server (empty) and ran properly.Since starting on Win10 I've seen number of pop unders after closing various games asking if I wantedto keep blocking (single player mode, so the game did not get blocked anyway). So going on when the connecting and loading process is stopping, I'm wondering.Have you tried disabling your AV and Firewall? No error messages, but maybe your AV or Firewall ( some other security setting?) is blocking silently?
