That's all I did.Just logic on the following.it's does say if you unlock all the cards so the little popups come up you have to complete one of the reward cards. I would try this on a new game.
Then complete a reward card. Not sure what it does using a 100 completed game yet haven't tested it.The vinyls should unlock after you complete a reward card.If you have unlocked it already this app won't unlock it again. I wouldn't think.I have waited for an app like this also guys. No more unlockers and trainers.just 2 little editors now Hex and save editor.

To sergelac: those traffic cars are not 'in' the savegame, you need to replace some car's code with those codes in order to use them, so there is not much godspeed can do about it.to godspeed: what i mean 'hidden' vinyls are those you can't select by the normal way. All the vinyls like bosses', crew members' and those 'gang cars' ' vinyls are 'hidden' vinyls.
