When I am starting Outlook I received the following error message: Outlook failed to start correctly last time. Starting Outlook in safe mode will help you correct.Do you want to start Outlook in safe mode?But Outlook will not open in Safe Mode and gives an option of detect and repair - after choosing that option the message is: Microsoft Office Basic Edition 2003 set up completed successfullyBut Outlook still will not open - I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times- have updated at Microsoft etc.I was having an issue of receiving multiple emails so that I why I uninstalled and reinstalled. I even tried another version but it did not work either.I turned off the email scanning in Norton - for some reason I don't have an option to disable all of Norton AV on this computer.
