Hi.My W10 Photos app has been broken for about a month now. In the COLLECTION and ALBUMS views, it only shows pictures up to mid- August 2015. No new pictures are being picked up.For those pictures that have already been sorted into albums, I'm finding that I can't edit albums - can't select/unselect pictures to include, can't edit the title.When I start the app, I see the 'refresh' icon spinning endlessly but then nothing happens, no new pictures show up.I saw on Windows Central that a new version of the app is available, but when I go to the store, I don't see the option to update, and I still have the old version - stuck in 'refresh', and no FOLDERS view.I can't uninstall this app to try and get the latest version.
