How To Download Elvui Wow

I've tried to update my elvui to 10.91 and I even made sure it was put in the retail folder. When I log into the game it says I'm using an outdated version of elvui (10.87) and that a newer version is available ( 10.88) Looking for assistance as I'v tried to update it numerous times but doesn't.

For me, love the unit frames/raid frames and bags but still keep all the skins and action bars to be original.
